Refund Policy
Cancellation Criteria:
- A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are canceled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
- However, if your order is not canceled within one hour, you will not be allowed to cancel the order.
- ITHIKA reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges such as cancellation of bulk orders multiple times, etc.
Return, Refund and Exchange Criteria:
- Full return or refund can only be provided in the following cases:
- Product’s internal packaging was damaged, causing spillage or compromising the formula’s integrity

Wrong product being delivered
Expired product

- Due to hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged, once opened.
- Please bear in mind that Anoū does its best to avoid any inconvenience to customers. No refund can be processed if the customer fails to provide images/invoice copy or if original packaging is missing/tampered with.
- In case of expired products, no refund can be issued if the batch number, manufacture dates, barcodes or packaging are tampered with/torn/missing.
- Our products are formulated by highly experienced chemists, under dermatologists’ guidance, and are clinically tested. However, each body is different, and patch testing is strongly recommended! No refunds will be provided in case of allergic reactions.
Cancellation, Refund, Return and Exchange Process:
- You can cancel within one hour of placing your order, via email or WhatsApp with the subject “CANCEL: *insert Order ID*”, before your order is dispatched.
- In case you wish to receive a refund, return or exchange for an unopened product, please contact our customer care, via email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours of receiving your order with the respective subject. For example: if you are requesting a refund please input the subject as “REFUND: *insert Order ID*”.
- The customer care agent will ask you for images proving any damage to packaging, wrong product being delivered or spillage. Please do provide the same, when requested, to ease the process.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Methods:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of being placed.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping is Free on all orders.
Order Tracking:
- Order tracking links are shared via email/whatsapp once your order has been shipped.
- If you encounter any difficulty with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Holiday Shipping:
- During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing and delivery time due to higher order volumes and carrier delays. Such delays will be indicated on the website.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. We recommend ensuring that the correct address is provided while placing your order and contacting the carrier to file a claim in the case of a misdelivered item..
