Water needs a reservoir
Adult skin can lose 300-400 ml of water daily through TEWL. Arō layers 10% rice extract for slow-release amino-acid hydration, 4% glycerin as a humectant workhorse, and 1% sodium hyaluronate to draw water into the upper layers.
Lipids keep the seal
Ceramides make up about half of the skin's lipid mortar. Arō adds a 1% ceramide complex, 0.5% linoleic and linolenic acids the skin cannot make on its own, and 3% olive squalane as a breathable seal.
Calm keeps you consistent
3% niacinamide supports the skin's own ceramide synthesis, while 1% panthenol sits in a clinical hydration range. Copper Peptide-1, oat flour, and allantoin add daily comfort for reactive or post-treatment skin.
Daily wear matters
A barrier step only works if you use it. Arō absorbs quickly, layers under sunscreen and makeup without tackiness, and keeps every active at a level the skin can use in a base that behaves with your routine.

How do I introduce Arō into my current skincare routine?
Use Arō as your main hydration step in the AM and PM, daily. In the AM, apply Arō after your other serums and toners, before sunscreen. In the PM, use it as the last step. Or use it on its own without other serums or toners if you would like a single-step routine. Don’t forget sunscreen in the AM.
